Choose a payment method that works for you.
In addition to paying your bill through the mail, PGE offers several convenient alternatives:

Pay online
Make payments through your checking account, either one time or automatic monthly payments. It’s safe, secure and confidential.

For an additional fee, you can pay by credit card or debit card through BillMatrix.

Pay in person
You can pay your bill at one of PGE’s Customer Service locations.

For an additional fee, you can pay your bill at one of our Express Pay locations in designated grocery stores‚ pharmacies and other convenient neighborhood businesses‚ or use Vcom® centers at any participating 7-Eleven store.

Pay by phone
You can pay your bill using PGE’s automated telephone system through your checking account.

  • Paying through your checking account is free (for an additional fee you can pay by debit card or credit card).
  • You will need your PGE account number from the upper right-hand corner of your bill.
  • You will need the nine-digit bank routing number and your checking account number. See an example of a check.

Pay by giftcard
PGE gift cards, available in values of $10 and more, can be purchased and redeemed at one of PGE’s Customer Service locations.

Our site uses multiple safeguards to protect your security, including firewalls, digital certificates, authentication procedures, intrusion detection and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. If you have never used our online account services, you’ll need to register with the account number on your bill.
