in compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission requirements.
All transactions are conducted under PGE’s Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Electric Tariff, Original Volume No. 11. See the items below for information provided in compliance with FERC requirements:
Transactions with PGE Affiliates
In compliance with FERC Orders ER98-3671 and ER98-1643, whenever PGE offers to sell, purchase or exchange energy and/or capacity with an affiliate marketer, PGE will make the same offer, at the same time, to non-affiliated marketers by posting it on our bulletin board listing recent transactions with PGE affiliates.

Available System Capacity
You can view a report of how much energy PGE has available for sale, per the reporting requirements imposed by FERC Order EL00-95-031.
To do business under this wholesale tariff, you will need to complete our service agreement and meet PGE’s credit standards. Contact our Power Contracts department to get started.
