What types of questions can we answer?
We can design a custom solution to address just about any type of energy issue. Here are a few examples:
- How much natural gas and water is our facility using and when?
- Which building on our campus is using the most energy?
- What has our energy usage looked like in the past and how will it change with our new HVAC system?
- How can we more effectively manage our energy usage and our facility as a whole?
How do we find the answers?
Customized data reports
PGE can supply a wide range of customized reports including reports from wireless data recorders, short-term reports, a spreadsheet of your PGE billing history and one-time energy reviews.
Natural gas and water metering
Monitor your water and natural gas usage as well as electricity to get a handle on all of your utility costs. We work in cooperation with NW Natural and your water service provider to gather usage data.
Real-time wireless data monitors
Wireless-monitoring devices collect real-time data and post the information to the Web as often as every five minutes. It’s an easy way to collect data from a variety of sources, including remote sites, without installing additional phone lines. You can use the monitors to track HVAC systems, energy use, tank inventory, steam systems, UPS battery systems, environmental controls, water levels and just about any other system in your facility.
WorkSiteTM software
This software can help put all of the data into context and make it work for you. WorkSite is a Web-based program that centralizes project management, preventative maintenance, work-order tracking, utility bill management, energy benchmarking, document sharing and other important tasks.

Charges for our custom solutions are typically well within a facility manager’s budget. In many situations, there are no big up-front capital expenses to worry about.*
