As owner and manager of some of the hottest Class A office space in Portland, Equity Office Properties knows what it takes to stay competitive. With the assistance of McKinstry Company, Equity recently upgraded the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system in their 4900 Kruse Meadows building in Lake Oswego.
Now with state-of-the-art controls and more efficient equipment, they have improved indoor comfort for the building’s occupants, making it easier to retain and attract tenants. The upgrade resulted in a savings of nearly $17,000 in annual energy costs.
