Prices vary daily based on the Dow Jones Mid-Columbia (Mid-C) Daily Price Index. Daily pricing information is available for a fee at dowjonesnews.com and in other financial publications. Energy prices for Daily pricing are time-differentiated between on- and off-peak usage.
Monthly pricing
The following prices were available for acceptance until 5 p.m., July 16, 2009, for prices effective August 1, 2009.
The next pricing plan selection period is from 4 p.m., August 17 to 5 p.m., August 18, 2009, for prices effective September 1, 2009.

On-peak hours are between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Off-peak hours are between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Monday through Saturday and all day Sunday.

Change your pricing plan selection online
If you chose Daily or Monthly pricing in July, the next opportunity to modify your pricing plan selection is August 17-18, for prices effective September 1, 2009.
You do not have to do anything to remain on your current pricing plan.
