Here is a brief description of the process:
  1. PGE and the applicant execute the Master Lease Agreement (PDF).
  2. The applicant completes and submits the PGE Site Lease or Modification Application (PDF).
  3. The applicant selects and PGE verifies the wireless attachment site.
  4. PGE and the applicant execute the Facilities Lease Agreement (PDF).
  5. PGE completes design, engineering and make-ready work.
  6. PGE builds the site.
