New online outage help
Customers asked for it, and we responded. Our Web site now has up-to-the-minute information on power outages affecting 50 or more customers.
Even if you’re without power, you might still have Web access. So now you can check online to see a map pinpointing the location of current power outages, with a list of outages by county and ZIP code. You can also see estimated repair times.*
“We’ll continue to look for ways to use technology to improve our outage response in the future, such as allowing customers to report outages online,” says Amanda Yip, PGE Outage Management System analyst.
