Switch to Paperless. Sign up for PGE’s paperless billing. We’ll e-mail you each month, and you can view your electric bill online.
Pay Online. Why mail a check? It’s faster and easier to pay your PGE bill online direct from your checking account.
PGE has more than 148,000 streetlights in its service territory. So it’s no wonder that when it comes to planning, installing and maintaining streetlights, we are experts.

If you need to install streetlights on public roadways or public property, we offer two options: In addition, customers can choose to work outside of PGE, in which case you are fully responsible for the planning, purchase, installation, maintenance and replacement of all streetlights. PGE supplies only the power, which is billed monthly.

Option A: Convenience Plan
Under this plan, PGE owns, installs and maintains the lights and poles (see the list of responsibilities and requirements). The customer pays a simple monthly fee on a minimum one-year contract. This fee also covers electricity costs as well as free design consultation. There are many advantages to choosing this option:
  • Convenience – PGE takes care of everything. We offer free design/planning services with our certified lighting design specialists who will help you achieve optimum results on your project. We also provide a variety of lighting choices, expert installation, and guaranteed maintenance. PGE even supplies gravel for pole installation, so there's one less thing for you to worry about. Contact us early in your project so we can help you every step of the way.
  • Speed – Our team has years of experience, so we can handle installations as quickly as possible.
  • Economy – PGE offers cost-competitive pricing. We are also cost effective because of our experience; we precisely determine the optimum number of lights needed for your project with no waste.
  • Affordability – With the Convenience Plan, you avoid a big up-front charge for purchase and installation of equipment. And there’s not a huge bill lurking in the future when the lights need replacing.
Although PGE owns the lights and poles, you can select the style that best meets your priorities from PGE’s list of approved light fixtures and poles. We offer a wide range of options, and we make ordering easy.

Option B: Power/Maintenance Plan
With this plan, the customer buys the lights and poles from a third-party supplier and takes care of installation (see the list of responsibilities and requirements). PGE maintains the lighting and supplies electricity for a monthly fee. If a light is damaged in an accident or by vandalism, PGE takes care of the repairs. But when we need to replace or repair the light due to end of life, you will be billed. Consultation with PGE’s lighting design specialists is not included on this plan.

Even if you opt for this plan and buy your own lights and poles, you must choose from PGE’s list of approved light fixtures and poles. We offer a wide range of options, and we make ordering easy. Why do you need to choose from this list? It is more practical and cost effective – we can stock a finite number of replacement parts.

If you do select this Power/Maintenance plan, you can later opt to change to the Convenience Plan, Option A, at a negotiated cost.
