Financing for energy efficiency projects is available through Oregon’s Energy Loan Program.
Oregon’s State Energy Loan Program seeks to promote energy conservation and renewable energy resource development by providing low-interest, fixed-rate loans from $20,000 to millions of dollars to Oregon projects that:
- Save energy.
- Produce energy from renewable resources (e.g., water, wind, geothermal, solar, biomass, waste materials or waste heat).
- Use recycled materials to create products.
Loans may be made to individuals, businesses, schools, cities, counties, special districts, state and federal agencies, public corporations,
cooperatives, tribes and nonprofits.
