PGE operates eight hydropower plants on Oregon rivers. While hydroelectric plants are one of the cleanest and lowest-cost ways to produce electricity, they do impact the natural habitat of the river.
That’s why PGE strongly supports fisheries management programs and facilities. We partner with local, state, regional and national agencies, finding science-based, innovative solutions to help fish migration and aid in the recovery of threatened species.

Fish runs
