Picnic and play
Reserve a picnic area

The Trojan day-use park is a wonderful spot for large and small groups, for picnicking or hiking, biking or boating, fishing or playing ball.

Located adjacent to the closed Trojan Nuclear Power Plant, the 75-acre park has a 29-acre lake where you can fish or boat (no motors, please). You can hike or bike around the lake on a paved trail and there is a large playing field for sports.

The park has individual picnic tables, as well as special facilities for groups: 12 picnic shelters, grouped in four clusters of three. Electric stoves, sinks, water and electrical outlets are provided for each cluster.

There are more than 500 acres of woodlands, wetlands, creeks and lakes left in their natural state to benefit wildlife. And with nearly 200 species of wildlife in the area, you may see ducks, deer, rabbits, otters and an occasional raccoon.
