Faraday Powerhouse

Faraday Powerhouse
The Faraday powerhouse is one mile southeast (upstream) of the town of Estacada. Water from Faraday Lake, just above it, runs through pipes and spins six turbines at the powerhouse, generating enough power for more than 16,000 homes. The two-mile stretch of water from the powerhouse downstream to River Mill Dam is known as Estacada Lake.
