Lake Simtustus

Lake Simtustus
Lake Simtustus is the seven-mile reservoir behind Pelton Dam. PGE operates Pelton Park on the shore of Lake Simtustus, with more than 70 campsites, a picnic area, boat launch and moorage. The lake offers fishing for kokanee, rainbow trout, brown trout and bull trout. Rainbow trout have dominated over the years, and the reservoir has a reputation for producing some very large trout. Each spring, a few rainbow trout and bull trout as large as 15 pounds are caught.
