Pay your PGE bill in person at any Vcom® ATM kiosk at local participating 7-Eleven stores throughout the Portland/Salem area. There is a $1.50 fee charged for each PGE payment made at the Vcom ATM kiosk.
Just bring your PGE statement or your account number, and follow the easy, interactive instructions, available in English or Spanish. A confirmation receipt will be printed for your records, and payments made by 6 p.m. will be posted in 2 business days. To prevent disconnection or to get reconnected, you must call Customer Service at 503-228-6322 or 800-542-8818 and provide your Vcom confirmation number.

Pay your bill online through your checking account or, for an additional fee, you can pay by credit card or debit card through BillMatrix. You can also pay in person at any PGE Customer Service location or Western Union® location.
