Pay your PGE bill in person at any Vcom financial service center, located inside more than 90 participating 7-Eleven stores throughout the Portland/Salem area.
There is a $1.50 convenience fee charged for each payment made at a VCom location.
Just bring your PGE statement or your account number, and follow the easy, interactive instructions, available in English or Spanish. A confirmation receipt will be printed for your records, and payments made by 6 p.m. will be posted the next business day. To prevent disconnection or to get reconnected, you must call Customer Service at 503-228-6322 or 800-542-8818 and provide your Vcom confirmation number.

The fully automated Vcom centers are a great option for customers who prefer to pay their bill in cash or check. Bill payment service is provided by ChoicePay, a leader in the electronic bill payment industry. Look for the ChoicePay logo.
Other ways to pay your bill
Pay your bill online through your checking account or, for an additional fee, you can pay by credit card or debit card through BillMatrix. You can also pay in person at any PGE Customer Service location or Express Pay location.
