Pay online
Make payments through your checking account, either one time or automatic monthly payments. It’s safe, secure and confidential.

For an additional fee, you can pay by credit card or debit card through BillMatrix.

Pay in person
You can pay your bill at one of PGE’s Customer Service locations. You can also pay your bill at one of our Express Pay locations in grocery stores, pharmacies and other convenient neighborhood businesses. Using Express Pay is simple and fast.

For an additional fee, you can also pay your bill using the Vcom^® centers at any participating 7-Eleven store.

Our site uses multiple safeguards to protect your security, including firewalls, digital certificates, authentication procedures, intrusion detection and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. If you have never used our online account services, you’ll need to register with the account number on your bill.
