 Helping fish, securing green energy
Explore our new Web site: DeschutesPassage.com.

PGE and the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs have begun the process of restoring fish passage on the Deschutes River above the Pelton Round Butte hydro facility. With the fish passage and habitat restoration, Pelton Round Butte will be counted as part of PGE’s renewable energy portfolio, securing this valuable energy resource for the future. To view a video of a fish release, read a blog from a PGE fish biologist and learn more about the 273-foot underwater tower we’re building to help native fish, visit DeschutesPassage.com now.
