May 7, 2012 — Amendment
In the last 2 weeks of September 2012, KB Pipeline intends to perform service work on the slug catcher located at the Beaver Generating Plant. The Port Westward plant will be able to use gas off of the KB Pipeline during this period but the Beaver Generating Plant will be unable to utilize KB Pipeline gas when the pipeline is taken out of service. It is currently anticipated that the pipeline will be out of service for a portion of this work period. We will provide further information on the timeline for the work as it becomes available, including the specific dates during which the KB pipe is unable to service the Beaver Generating plant.

During this work, the Port Westward plant will be able to use gas off of the KB Pipeline but the Beaver Generating Plant will be unable to utilize KB Pipeline gas. It is currently anticipated that this work will be completed within three (3) days. We will provide further information as it becomes available, including the specific dates during which this work will be performed.
