Pole tags
Map and pole numbers are found on the pole tag. A pole tag is a three-inch round metal tag located about eye level and showing the streetlight’s map number and pole number.

If there is no pole tag, it is possible that it is a private streetlight that PGE does not repair. If you are in a neighborhood association, the property management company may be responsible for the repair.

Materials for neighborhood associations
Flyers explaining how to report streetlight problems to PGE are available to neighborhood associations free of charge. To request flyers for your group, e-mail us or call 503 736-5710 in Portland or 503-463-6114 in Salem.
