- Bring your PGE bill or account number with you.
- Follow instructions in English or Spanish.
- Payments by 6 p.m. will be posted in 2 business days.
- To prevent disconnection or to get reconnected, you must call PGE Customer Service and provide your Vcom confirmation number.
Vcom charges a $1.50 service fee.
